El client inicia la devolució. 2. El departament de ventes s'encarrega de tramitar i d'assignar-li un número de devolució. 3. Amb aquest codi, el client ha de preparar el paquet per ser recollit per l'empresa. 4. Els repartidors s'encarreguen d'arreplegar el paquet i portar-lo al magatzem. 5. En el magatzem s'encarregen de rebre la devolució. 6. En aquest moment, el magatzem s'encarrega de revisar si l'article està defectuós. 7. Si l'article està defectuós, s'informa al departament de ventes perquè informe al client, que no rebrà la devolució. 8. Si l'article està no defectuós, s'informa al departament de comptabilitat perquè efectúe la devolució dels diners. 9. Al mateix temps que s'efectua la devolució, el departament de ventes informa al client que la devolució s'ha tramitat correctament. ::: note Cal utilitzar particions/_swimlanes_/corridors per cada
